We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express payments through our secure online checkout.


Shipping
Packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express. You can expect your order to be processed within 2 days after submission. Upon processing completion, you will be emailed a confirmation number for each package sent.


Gift Cards
If you are sending a Ginger Snaps Baby gift to someone, we can enclose a personal message from you.  It is free and easy for you to do.  Simply type your message on the checkout page and we will write it out on a complimentary Ginger Snaps Baby gift card.


Product Returns
We want you to be happy with our products.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price (not include shipping fees).  Please contact us within 14 days of purchase date to make arrangements for your choice of a refund or store credit (custserv@gingersnapsbaby.com). You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Include your RA# and contact information with your return and mail to:

Product Care
Our clothing items are all machine washable. We recommend you wash your Ginger Snaps Baby items separately on delicate cycle then dry on low or hang dry.
